1.What to do if the printer cannot print?
1) Please confirm whether the printer display data.
2) Please check the printer rubber is loose or fall off.
3) Please check whether the ink cartridge have ink
2. How to deal with illegible or missing pins (with transverse stripes interrupted)?
1) Please click the “Clean NOZZ” first.
2) Then adjust the ink cartridge to flow out the ink and drain bubble.
3) Use a detergent t to clean the head of ink cartridge and clean the debris together.
4) Please contact the manufacturer if it still cannot solve the problem.
3.How to do when the nozzle has been leaking fluid?
There will be some leakage while using the ink cartridge. Because it will ensure that the ink cartridge can be used.
For long periods of stop, please seal the cartridge with its special cap. Please be careful not to damage the nozzle.
If the nozzle leakage serious, please take to supplier for maintenance.
4.What is the difference between water-based ink and solvent ink?
Water-based ink is made of Chinese ink. Support materials include non-coated (matte) cartons, fabrics and other absorbent material.
Solvent ink is made of imported fast-drying ink. Support material includes food, drink, cosmetics, household products, plastics, glass, metal, pipe, stone, wood board, MDF, aluminum foil, cable, leather, white paper carton and other materials.
*NOTE: Water based ink cartridge and solvent ink cartridge are not common. Only supports corresponding hand held printer.
5. What’s the capacity of ink cartridge? How long can I use it?
Ink cartridge is 42ml. Only provide black color ink at present. (replace the entire cartridge if the inks run out)
A cartridge can print more than 300,000 characters. Service life depends on the actual use. Some people can use several months, but some people can use more than one year. Our cartridge is extremely durable with high definition. Using the relevant protective cover for ink cartridge, it will be effectively prevent clogging and extend the life.
6.How much is the ink cartridge?
One set of handheld printer provides with one ink cartridge. For solvent ink, it costs rmb300. For water based ink, it costs rmb200.
7.What fonts does it include? If the size can be adjusted?
Hand held printers, also known as portable printers, can carry prints with them, light and easy to operate. The inkjet printer is different from the online printer. It is suitable to companies that do not require high production speeds. Print product requires a certain size. Font includes three vector fonts and three kinds of Bitmap fonts. Bitmap fonts is adjustable. You can print text, QR code, BAR code, Picture, Time,and count. Picture and logo need to be inserted by u disk.
8.What’s the height range of the font ?
The range is 2mm~13mm (0.0789inch~0.0512inch, adjustable) It can print 7 lines, but the font will be small. For each line, the maximum height of single-line fonts is 13 mm; the total length is 250 mm.
9.Can we erase it?
You can wipe it with special cleaning fluid. Most ink can be erased, some products can be erased with wet towel or alcohol. Different material depends on specific situation. It is easy to erase on the smooth surface.
10.Can it print QR code and BAR code?
If you print numbers and letters, you can enter it directly on the machine.
If you want to scan to website or wechat, you should transform it to picture(*.bmp,*.dib).
Please follow the NO.15 Picture setting in Part Five “Introduction of operation”.
11.Can it print on small objects or an uneven surface?
Yes, you can print with our special metal piece. Small objects such as bottle caps or recessed bottom and arc surfaces.
12.How to maintain the cartridge if we don’t print for long-period?
1)Turn off the handheld printer.
2)Put some soft and clean paper or cloth on the front of the nozzle and save it with its special cover. Please note that don’t damage the head of ink cartridge.
3)To prevent dust intrusion, please store the machine in a dry place and keep in a temperature range of 5°C to 40°C.
13.How to deal with illegible or missing pins (Horizontally interrupted stripes)?
1)Use dry tissue to wipe from up to down. Set the the accuracy of print to quality.
2)At the beginning of printing,you need to click “prejet”. The best effect of spray printing will be achieved after several successive print.
3)If it cannot spray inks, the nozzle may be dried. Take the ink cartridge out and wrap it in a paper towel.
4)The ink cartridge has its own protective cover. Every time you use it, you must store with the exclusive cover.It can also prevent the nozzle from blockage and prolong the life.
14.Introduction of fast-drying ink cartridge
1) At the beginning of interval printing(non-continuous), the first word might be blurred.
Due to the fast drying ink, all of the handheld printer meets the same problems.
2)Add “Prejet” function.
Choose “No move” in the prejet. Then you can press the print button 3 seconds before printing. It will quickly clean the nozzle. Same as click “Clean the NOZZ”. (Please note the spraying direction)
If you want a deeper color, please choose “quality” or “bold”.
15.The angle of the placement
In order to prevent the nozzles from drying, the nozzles are positioned downward when the inkjet printer is not used.

16.Will it be system halted while using?
Now the system is upgraded to the latest version of the situation, if will be system halted with the previous version. If there is still a problem, you can delete all the templates and create a new one.
1. Warranty: 12 months. Free maintenance during warranty period, except for wearing part.

1) Did not use, store or protect as the description in the manual.
2) Take apart the machine without manufacturer authorization.
